Discipleship
At HHA, our deepest desire is that every person who encounters this ministry would come to know, love, and follow Jesus Christ. We believe lasting hope is found in Him alone, and that lives are changed as people experience His grace, truth, and redeeming love.
Discipleship is woven into every aspect of life at Kay Anj Village. Through Hope Church, biblical teaching, worship, prayer, mentoring, and everyday relationships, we seek to create a Christ-centered community where faith is nurtured and lived out. We are committed to sharing the Gospel both within Kay Anj Village and throughout the surrounding community, trusting God to draw people to Himself and transform hearts through the power of His Word and His Spirit.
Because our faith shapes everything we do, every ministry—from education and agriculture to family strengthening and leadership development is guided by biblical truth and designed to reflect the love of Christ. Our prayer is that children, families, staff, and community leaders will continue growing as disciples who love God, serve others with humility, and become the leaders God is calling them to be.
GROWING DISCIPLES IN EVERY PROGRAM
HOPE CHURCH
Hope Church (Legliz Espwa) is the spiritual heart of Kay Anj Village and a vibrant gathering place for the surrounding community. In addition to Sunday worship, the church hosts weekly Bible studies, parent discipleship, and ministries that strengthen both faith and everyday life. From food assistance to community outreach, Hope Church seeks to reflect Christ's love by caring for practical needs while faithfully proclaiming the hope of the Gospel. Our prayer is that every person who enters Hope Church would grow in their relationship with Jesus, be equipped to serve others, and become the leader God is calling them to be.
EVANGELISM
The Gospel is not confined to the walls of Kay Anj Village; it is lived out in homes, neighborhoods, and throughout the surrounding community. Members of Hope Church regularly serve through ministries that care for both spiritual and practical needs, including weekly visits with elderly neighbors and a growing prison ministry that offers prayer, encouragement, discipleship, and hygiene kits to those who are often forgotten. Through these faithful acts of compassion, we seek to reflect the love of Christ, trusting God to work in hearts and draw people to Himself.
CHRIST-CENTERED EDUCATION
At The Good Samaritan School, Christ is at the center of everything we teach and practice. Our senior pastor and school leaders work together to ensure that faith is woven throughout the educational experience, helping students grow spiritually, academically, and morally. Each year, students receive dedicated biblical instruction through Bible classes, worship, and prayer, while every subject is taught through the lens of God's truth. Our desire is to prepare young people who pursue excellence with wisdom, integrity, and a lifelong relationship with Jesus Christ.
FINANCIAL LITERACY
The SALT program equips individuals and families with the knowledge, skills, and support needed to build financial stability through savings, entrepreneurship, and wise stewardship. Based on Good Steward International's proven model, our first SALT groups began through Hope Church, where members committed to saving together, encouraging one another, and investing in their futures. Through shared accountability, biblical stewardship, and practical training, five active SALT groups have already helped launch 21 small businesses while providing families with savings for emergencies and future opportunities.
At HHA, we believe lasting economic growth begins within the community itself. As people steward their resources wisely, support one another, and use their God given gifts, families grow stronger, businesses flourish, and communities become better equipped for generations to come.
